Documents You Need

To rent a car in Simferopol and Crimea you will have to sign a contract for the car rental and a statement of handover and acceptance. For this you will need your passport, your driver’s licence and the tax office identification code (for residents of Ukraine).

Fares

The fares include the costs of vehicle maintenance and insurance. Fuel is not included. The daily fare is charged at 24 hour intervals. The vehicle will be charged at the full day’s rate one hour into the new day.

Booking and Payment

You can book a rental car online or with a phone call. Payment should be made by cash or by a money transfer onto the account of the company. If the contract is prematurely broken by the customer, the forfeit should be paid in amount of 20% of the rental.

Security Deposit

The amount of the security deposit paid for the time of the car rental depends upon the established rates. If the company has no claims on the technical condition of the car, it will return the security deposit to the customer in full.

Technical Failures

If the technical failures of the vehicle are not caused by the customer, the company itself will perform the repairs within Simferopol. Outside the city the repairs are performed by the customer, who should agree the costs with representatives of the company. If the customer provides all the records that meet requirements of the company, the costs of the repair should be paid back in full. When the car breaks down due to the fault of the customer, who hasn’t kept to the maintenance manual of the vehicle, the company is not obliged to pay back the repair costs.

Delivery and Return of Vehicle

The fares for delivery and return of the vehicle within the city of Simferopol are included in the costs of car rentals. Delivery and return of the vehicle to and from other locations of Crimea are extra charged.

Travelling Abroad

You should get the permission of the company to leave the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. It is forbidden to travel outside Ukraine. Travelling outside the ARC without the permission is considered as an attempt to hijack the car and the security deposit is not returned.

Mileage

There are no limits on mileage in our company

Collision Damage

In case of the collision damage, damage to the third parties or if there is a suspicion that the car has been stolen, the customer should always inform the traffic police and representatives of the company.

Minimum Rental

Тhe minimum rental period is one day.

Imposing Fines

Fines are charged in case of loss of documents, keys or damage to tires and glass.

For booking car rentals in Crimea you should:

• place your order;
• send a scanned copy of your passport (all pages), a copy of your driver’s licence, a copy of the tax office identification code (for residents of Ukraine);
• name the pick-up and drop-off dates (on a per day basis);
• indicate the address (location) of the vehicle delivery and the phone numbers to contact you.

Terms of Car Rentals: driving experience with a driver’s licence not less than four years; age restrictions - not less than 27 years old.

Signing a contract for a car rental takes 15-20 minutes in Simferopol. Mileage is unlimited. Car wash on the day of drop-off is not needed if it doesn’t prevent from external inspection of the rented car.

The fares include delivery of the vehicle within Simferopol including the airport. The fares don’t include delivery of the vehicle to other locations of Crimea. This service is extra charged at the economy taxi fares.
